Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Return Request:
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos or videos.
Refund/Replacement:
Once the issue is verified, we will provide either a replacement product or refund based on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or customized orders are not eligible for return.
